Talking about the best in Canberra? I know, located in Shopping Mall you would not expect it (especially in Tuggy) but they are REALLY, REALLY GOOOOOOD! I am excited as I am writing this, the only shop in Canberra that knows what they are doing. Crema, extraction, Latte-art, presentation. Rosettas are on top of every coffee. Two guys are working on two machines(four group and two group La San Marcos), with others helping them . While I was there (around 9)they made at least 80 to 100 coffees in 30 minutes and nobody was waiting more than 3-4 minutes. Welcome BORNEO, Canberra is on the map as well.
